- The employee's training may be included in the annual training plan of the company
- The employee can put in a Personal Training Application
- The employee may benefit from Personal Training Leave if they wish to obtain qualification or retrain
- If the employee is a temporary employee and has a total of 1600 hours of temporary work during the previous 18 months, of which 600 hours in the temporary work company that approves their leave authorisations, they may benefit from Personal Training Leave. In that case, they must contact their temporary work agency and ask for their help in the formalities to be completed with FAF-TT.
