Fiber laser cutting machine : FIBERTOME 3015

Air Liquide Welding enlarges its offer with the introduction of a 2D flatbed fiber laser cutting installation, a highly innovative solution using a 2 kW fiber laser :  FIBERTOME 3015.

High Tech Characteristics :

• Cutting and marking steel sheets with standard dimensions of 3000 x 1500 mm.
• Maximum thicknesses of 12 mm for mild steels, 5 mm for stainless steels and 4 mm for aluminium.
• Acceleration of 1g and maximum speed of 100m/min, the installation mechanics ensure a precision in location of +/- 0.1mm/m with a repeatability of +/- 0.04mm/m.
• Friendly and easy to use IHM (Interface Human Machine) with a touch sensitive screen.
• Efficient nesting software to optimise the cutting process.
• High performance shuttle table system to allow fast loading and unloading of steel sheets even during the cutting process.
